ECGS Bushing Tools - In and Out!

I recently purchased a ECGS bushing and the tools to go along with it. Turns out I'm just going to have the shop doing my gears install it. So I don't need the tools!

Removal tool has been looked at twice.
Install tool, one piece has been fondled gently. Also looked at twice.

ECGS sells these two together for 105ish plus shipping.

80 bucks shipped obo!

 

The shop isn't gonna need the removal tool??

 

I'm going to ask Monday when I drop it off (if they need it I'll drop the price since it'll be used) but a couple people have had gears done there and didn't need the tool.

 

Are they giving you a price break to do this at the same time and Are they going to be in there anyway when doing the front gears?

Sounds good, if you want to shoot me a PM when you know. I'm in no tremendous hurry, just planning on proactively knocking this out when I find the time to install lift, for which stuff hasn't even shipped yet (let alone that whole, finding the time thing, lol).

Please let me know how this goes. Im at 100k and I needed to do the bushing at 30k! I would gladly buy the tools, do my bushing, and pass them along for a very fair price. Karma is good like that.

 

Hey OP. Still got the tools floating around or maybe know where they ended up?

 

I just got them in the mail. I'm hoping to get the bushing in by next week at the latest. Trucks covered in mud, so I'll get it cleaned up tomorrow and get my act together.

 

After re-reading, I've got Nics set. Not sure if this OP is tracking since there was no response after my post.
