I can bring a few in for stock and put them on the website, but I believe we are sold out right now

ya I will give posting a try. I would prefer not to buy another tool, especially when it will only get used once. Lol.

    thx!

I’ve had mine sitting in my garage for a long while. Pay for shipping and they are yours. They go as a set.

Can I buy it from you when you're done with it? We can form the sisterhood of the travelling needle bearing puller.

absolutely. I should have my bushing in on a week or two with the RXT pack I ordered from overland outfitters.

Send me a PM in two weeks or so and we’ll go from there.

If and when you need let me know if there's any chance of a tw Express heading out that way I can lend mine. Or possibly even just ship if you pay postage both ways. I'm in Toronto

You can order direct from them but it's a little pricey. Check the Ontario section too I think someone has an extra bearing to sell

    Hey guys,

I am going to order the replacement part at ecgs but not sure what to order. The website is a little confusing, I am ordering the 8 inch bushing but should I also get the axle seal? just two items if I have a guy that has the install kit?

You just need the bushing if you have the tool. You can replace the seal while you're in there if you want, but It's not necessary unless it's leaking. You can get those at any parts store too.

Of course! I'm still waiting for @Haun0002 to finish and send it my way, but you can have it as soon as I'm done. I actually got impatient and tried to do it with a generic bearing puller, but it turns out the tool I bought is too short. Now my truck is stuck in my garage on jack stands with the cv axle laying on the floor, so I'm probably going to try to make a puller while I wait. If it works before I can get my hands on a real one, I'll let you know and send you my DIY version.

@Ottiee I got a little impatient myself. Want to get it done before the deep freeze set-in. A buddy and I are going to swap ours in the next couple of weeks here. I work at a steel shop, so I may try and make one as well, TBD. The dealership near me offered to buy the removal tool after I was finished, but I'd rather support the homies, so to speak. Let me know if you still need it down the road.
