And I’m sure there’s more I’m missing lol
    Lifted, yes in my opinion you will need to upgrade the bearing. Just do it at lift install and be done with it for piece of mind. If not, you may or may not be fine for awhile but it’s just a matter of time before it gets ya lol. Some however have extreme luck of not needing it but certainly don’t bank on that.
    Now if your stock or staying stock, should be good for awhile.

    if you're doing the lift and have everything ripped apart, you may as well do it. The job is pretty easy to do if you just take your time.

    I have"did" this and no lift, so ?

    I just did it when the truck was new so everything was easy to remove. for the 15 to 20 years i will have the truck it is under $5 a year.

    Eventually, yes. As of right now no issues with it but the oem needle bearing is known to cause issues with any lift. I’ll replace the oem when I do gears here soon.
