So I have a 1997 Toyota Tacoma with a 3.4 5vzfe I pulled the old engine out an bought a used known good engine once the engine was installed and all of the fluids were filled back up I tried cranking the engine several times the engine would turn over but it seemed like it wasn’t getting any spark I replaced all of the spark plugs along with coil packs an plug wire also replace the crank shaft sensor an cam shaft sensor I then found that the main ground wire coming from the battery down to the block was pulled out of the connector I’ve hooked up two known good scanners an neither scanner will communicate all of my fuses are good I’m getting power to the obd2 getting power to the coil packs but checking power at the ecm on pin 10 on the e5 plug an I’m not seeing any power but I have power on other pins on the ecm I took the ecm out an visually inspected it and didn’t see any burnt spot not sure if I possibly shorted out the ecm with the ground wire coming unconnected an continuously trying to crank the truck or what anybody have any help I’m desperate

Is this an auto or manual trans?

There is no E5 Pin 10 that I can find for auto or manual.

Does your check engine light turn on with the key on?

This is what I found it’s an auto and the check engine light does not come on when the key is on

Not sure but that doesn't appear to be correct, I'm looking it up on TIS and for an auto 5VZ you should have:

    Powers
E5 Pin 14 (Black/Yellow) Constant Power from EFI Fuse (15A)
E5 Pin 22 (White/Black) Ignition Power from EFI Relay (IGN Fuse (7.5A) & EFI Fuse (15A))

    Grounds
    E6 Pin 16 (Brown)
    E8 Pin 1 (Brown)
    E8 Pin 33 (Brown)
    E8 Pin 34 (Brown)

Ok that’s perfect I will give that a check is it possible that the ground cable coming off affected the ecm possibly shorting it out or something

Possible but unlikely, certainly need to verify powers and grounds first.
I'd check those two fuses first, then go to the ECM and check powers & grounds if they are good.
