I removed my passenger rear seat several years back and made a clean plywood platform for my fridge to strap down to and ride there.

I mounted the charger unit underneath the platform all tucked up nice and tight.

The only part of my entire 800 watt charging system that can be seen easily, are the connections to the truck battery terminals and the end of the cable to the Delta 2.

Does the wire reach from the engine bay to the bed of the truck?

Depending on how you route it, Yes. I ran it from the bed under the belly and to the battery with no issues.

Plan would be to run it from the engine bay under the cab and then up between the cab/bed

Finally got my alternator charger doing install soon. How did you guys terminate on the battery? My negative battery terminal doesn’t have a spot to add accessories on my 3rd gen. Should I attach to ground wire connected to the chassis? Can I just slide it into bolt that holds clamp on terminal down? Advanced thanks for the responses and feedback!

I missed out on that issue, as I already swapped out my factory crap battery for a larger Full Throttle AGM battery. This battery has both the normal battery posts and studs like a Deep Cycle battery would have. I just used the studs.

In your case, you could swap out the factory battery post clamps with aftermarket ones that have several accessory bolts on them.
