I just wanted to put something out here as warning to everyone else. While building out my 2017 DCSB for a cross country trip where I would be working remotely I needed to track down a power solution. I decided to go with a COTS system like Goal Zero / Jackery. I spec'd out the EcoFlow River Pro as to my math the 720wh battery should have supported multiple days of working on a full charge. Unfortunately that has not been true, and I have had to rely on nearly constant solar power in order to be able to work. I reached out to the company and they provided little support around when the battery wasn't charging effectively, and I also expressed concern around the real capacity of the battery. They said I could send it back for them to inspect, which is a clear disconnect because anyone using this very expensive device needs it. Not to mention it is marketed towards travel and the special shipping box is at home. They had no sympathy to work with their customer and left me to fend for myself. In order to maintain sufficient charge rates I frequently have to powercycle the unit. Finally on the capacity concern, I found that overnight with no loads connected the battery went from 85% to 3%, so I was forced to charge off of the 120 in the bed. I then connected my laptop and got 75% of a charge on an 85wh battery before the EcoFlow was back to 1% I then connected back to my 120 and charged back to 80% in 18min, per specification that should take an hour if it can pull the full 600W charge, our 120 can only provide 400W before tripping, so I believe the capacity to be diminished to the point of useless and is essentially just acting as an inverter for the solar input. I've tried calling their support line over 20 times in the past 3 hours since they opened and have not gotten through to anyone, I've requested callbacks, and left voicemails. I've only been on the road for 3 weeks out of 5 week trip, the battery is rated for 800 cycles, and worst case I have charged my laptop 30 times, and my iphone a handful more. I strongly suggest anyone considering this product or any product from EcoFlow to shop around and take your business elsewhere. I'll update if anything changes, but at this point I just want my money back to buy a solution from someone else.

Sorry for your problems. It is obviously flawed and not working correctly. Whether there is a warranty or not a quality company would simply replace it at no cost to you. This is a major problem with ordering things over the internet. When there is a problem often the customer service is zero, nada, zilch. There are many companies you can buy things from over the net that have excellent customer service but when you have a problem with one with poor or no customer service you are screwed. Good luck.
