I had ordered some bumpershellz for my second gen and installed them but found they had too much material trimmed off of them near the factory pad.
I called them and they answered the phone promptly and it wasn’t out sourced. After they reviewed my photos. They are sending me a new set and I don’t have to pack them and ship them back bonus.
The cherry on top they refunded me 10% off of what I payed for them with out me asking.
More companies need customer service like this.
