Then you wait for the next batch. It’s not the end of the world if you have to keep pushing a button to turn on ETC.

FYI- I've also been looking forward to the re-stocking for quite a while . I was an ECT-Aholic. After installing the ShiftSense Pro I rarely use ECT anymore. When the Trans shifts the way it should ECT kinda gets forgotten.

Making dinner right now so don't have time to explain. Just google shiftsense pro gen3. Plug and play. 10 minutes of install and the transmission shifts the way it should have when you bought your truck. Has cut down my ect usage 99%. More expensive than the ect mod but I think it's well worth it. Can't wait for that guy ti make more mods.

I was curious how long I had been watching this thread. So I looked at the first post I made. It was in January. So I must ask is this a rolling joke I'm caught up in or will there actually be product available. I have seen many post of should be soon but I'm checking less and less.

No. No rolling joke. There will be a product or he will inform us that it will no longer be available.
MeSo is only one man, making several mods, all on his "spare" time. I've been waiting quite a while for this mod to come available as well but I'm patient and his offerings are worth the wait.

Sounds to me like you said. Onboard computer going into gas saving mode. However, I don't remember my ECT mod going off when my gas light went on either but I might have not been paying attention to it. I'm just guessing here too so don't quote me on it. But it makes sense.
The only time I've really noticed it going off on it's own is like a previous poster mentioned is when the car is off and I only turn on the accessories. Then if I start the truck later, the mod doesn't turn the ECT on. So in that case, I just hold my button down again for 5 seconds to re-engage the mod. I don't mind it. But am aware of it. I'm just happy at the countless times I haven't had to touch the ECT button.

I have no clue, as I don't have an ECT ALWAYS ON mod. I'm one of those poor plebes still hoping to one day not have to press it every dang time...
