    There needs to be a gizmo that automatically drops into S4 or S5 instead of "D".
    The truck is much more tolerable if it's not in drive. 6th gear may as well not even be there. It's fucking useless.
    Maybe a completely redesigned shifter is in order. Can't be that complicated. :thumbsup:

    There is a gizmo for that. The shift lever.

    Just pull it back and pull it towards you before driving away. Seems quite simple to me. I drop into S mode regularly and it seems very easy.

    Am I missing something?

    It is simple... but a pain in the ass every time I forget its in S mode and try to click up into reverse or park.

    Would love to be able to start the truck, pull into gear and drive away without having to fuck with ECT button and S mode... you know... like 99% of the other vehicles on the road.
    Been buying new and used vehicles since 1983 and NEVER had such a pain in the ass to drive.
