I believe in certain vehicles having bad luck. I'm not superstitious but @smitty99 I think that truck needs to go! Had a buddy that drove a Mazda 3, which I don't think is a huge target. But that dude had it broken into 3 times and stolen once, also in a wreck twice. Got rid of that car, bought a jeep wrangler, never happened again. Some vehicles are bad luck! Sounds like you're driving one.

It's kinda Toyota's answer to the Hyundai Veloster. I was in one the other day, and it is kinda neat, really. Would make a cool little car for scooting around the city, and for short drives. Not too sure I'd want to take one cross country...

hope they can get you fixed up soon. My OR drives like shit compared to how smooth the AC sport model is that we use as a shop truck at work. I don't get it.

There is already a 3rd trans reflash? Hope you are not stuck in that loaner too long.

    Smitty was the Guinea pig...
Bricked....I blame the dealer tech, probably wiggled the connector or accidentally bumped the diagnostics connector during the reflash.

Who the hell looked at that grill and told the designer ''looks sweet, ship it!'' Must be some mighty fine and potent drugs floating around Toyota's design shop. Personally, I'd hand the VP of design a sword and tell him to do the needful.

    Inspiration from their flagship line...
Toyota got the toned down version.

Man. I feel so bad for you Smitty - the fact that you can still keep a cordial relationship w/ your dealer says a lot. I guess they are more receptive to feedback than mine has been... but still. I hope they get it fixed and am very interested in whether there is indeed another update that hasn't been referenced on TW. Good luck

Smitty - you really are 1% For the sake of a new family - get rid of this rig! I would not feel comfortable driving my family in a vehicle with that many issues.

Likely more space for your sexy 6'5" frame than the FT/FRS.

That's what I had for a rental, the scion toaster. It was surprisingly roomy. Just looked like a piece of shit.

The Subaru BRZ is my friend's that I drove. It's cramped AF
