So I been seeing on this forum many people talk about spark knock sounding like a ping someday a tick, but my question is has anyone experienced a tick at 1500-2000 rpms and will the flash fix this? Took it to dealership and they said it’s injectors. It’s driving me crazy

There's a TSB for 2012 to 2014 Tacomas and spark knock
    http://media.fixed-ops.com/Toy_ServiceBulletins/sb0044t14.pdf

The knocking under this TSB was more if you're lugging the engine. Higher gear and going up an incline or with some load, lower RPM's. I had this issue on mines and the TSB performed. While it helped, it didn't eliminate it.
Random note, I read once you do this TSB Toyota won't be able to flash your truck with the TRD Supercharger tune, if that's something you're ever interested in.

The 4.0's have a notorious tick in general, but I'm assuming you're not talking about that.
