ECU TSB Update

They are zipped. Tw limits attachment types. Download the zip and open it and there’s a cuw file inside.

 

Just go by the filenames. T-0033-18, T-0034-18, etc.

 

I found them at the bottom of the first post - that was a long way to scroll guys! LMAO - like I said, sorry in advance!

I renamed the CUW attachments to add 'CUW' to the filenames.

You didn't do anything wrong, it's basically saying there's some sort of mandatory update to a newer version of Techstream and that you'll need to install a newer version

 

For the record, maybe you can figure out a way to bypass that warning, ignore the necessity of updating. Idk. Could try using the program without being connected to the internet

 

i've never seen that screen. id just close TS and open it again. if it asks to check for updates, always click no

 

It’s weird, it will only let me select to update and when I select it, it opens a browser and asks for a dealership login.

 

Did you turn off your wifi? It should open in limited mode.

 

did you use the download from the first post of the thread? have you had it setup for a while or are you trying to get the initial install done?

also if you disconnect from the network, it shouldn't check for updates on startup.

But, a ton of us have used it since 2019.

I'll check in the morning. Otherwise, you could try reinstalling? Remember to stay offline.

I added a small update to the first post just to note the 2019 and 2020 ECU IDs, esp now that the 2020 MT ECU ID 04B91 is a thing. Unfortunately, no TSBs or reasoning yet.
