i have a question about TSB's. I have a 2018 TRD pro and it TSB 0058-18 was applied. i see here TSB 0013-19 but the same TSB file with the 58-18 and the same output ecu id. how do i know if the right TSB was applied? anybody has a direct link for the TSB 0013-19 so that i can print it and show it to my dealer. thank you!

You just need one file to go from whatever you are to the latest

It will only let you apply an applicable TSB. You can’t apply the wrong one

    Hey, Folks.

I updated the 1st Post to note that the linked version of TS will not work on 2021 Tacos.

That makes sense...also the table does not address 2021. Is there a recommended Technical Service Bulletin for the 21? I have not seen one but being I am in an 18, I haven't looked extensively.

No TSBs for 2021 yet. You don't need a current version for TSB flashes. Just for CUWs to be executable.

But, V14 won't allow diagnostics or customizations either.

Found that out on a 2021. I chose 2020 since 2021 was not available and when I tried to connect the application froze up. Had to close it with task manager.

I didn't go beyond the missing 2021 in the drop down. Most every Taco beyond the 2016s autofill'ed the fields.

I gather the linked version of TS is from 2019.. so no 2021 support is disappointing, but not shocking.

Is there any other means to get a newer version of TS? It appears you could buy 2 day access to Techstream Lite through TIS without buying their kit? From the FAQ seems to imply the Mongoose VIM kit is certified but others could work (reading between the lines assume Tactrix would likely work with latest TS version). I don't have a pressing need since still no TSBs. Having the option or doing a few settings tweaks would be nice some day.

Nuts. I was going to purchase a cable and use TS to customize certain settings. I guess I’ll wait until a version of TS compatible with the 2021 makes its way into the wild.

The thing is that our version of TS is full, allowing the programming of keys and such.

Keep an eye out for V15 downloads.

Are the tactrix cables that OVTune sell ok to use or are they going to be problematic like the Amazon cables?

The OVT ones are genuine Tactrix adapters.
