If you’re using some sort of battery supply backup as suggested I get it, lol. I’m don’t have such a unit nor am I purchasing one just for this update.

 

So it appears there’s three available updates for my AT 04A60 ECU ID. Do have any insights or opinions on which of the three is “best”?

Ok. On the spreadsheet under the applicable TSB’s it shows three different ones. I guess that’s confusing me.

 

Look at the current column for what you have, and then reference the output column for the most up to date.

Pros vs Cons of DCT resets?

 

Similar to your hood question, I haven't seen any DTC's output from an update or flash, but what's an extra few seconds? Keep in mind, I typically update the ECU then flash a tune. After the tune, I will reset everything at that point.

 

Who’s got the best tune(s)? 04A61

 

That's all a matter of opinion right now. Some might even say the stock tune is better since it was designed by those who "know what they're doing" (even though the 2016-2017 MY's have had 4 to 5 updates).

 

Well I’ve already paid for the Orange Virus tunes so I’ll try it over the top of the updated TSB

 

You won't necessarily feel much of a difference except during heavy acceleration if the file is unedited. But I guarantee you'll still smile.

Yeah. Three different TSBs for different symptoms all apply the same update. Again, that info is all in the attached TSBs.

 

It’s not a matter of bother… no idea where to look.
