Did you bend the pins removing them? Cause that I could understand.

Canukistan here. Let it clump on the pins. Rather that then have them rust. That's far more of a bitch to deal with I find. I anti seize my tires every time I taken them off and put them back on. Never had a rim cold weld to a hub ever.

I got 150k miles out of mine, most of any vehicle I have ever owned, might have lasted longer if the pins didn't rust

Thank you. Im honestly not trying to troll or anything. Was simply asking a question, and I did understand the risks of getting flamed.

This was my first time changing the pads at 145k miles. The original owner changed them once before me. The calipers were all gunked up with rust and other road debris so I degreased them and scrubbed them a bit.

Tacoma has brakes that are good. I have zero issue locking up all 4 of my 265/75R16 AT's at 60mph.

No problem. I don't find you're being belligerent. Just seems like it has potential to getting angry in here for goddamn good reason. Mine rusted up insanely too. I could wail on them with a hammer and they'd shed rust chips like a geriatric scratching their arm.

Nope. They slid right out. The only reason I noticed they were bent was I placed them in a drill chuck to steel wool them. You could see it off axis as it spun.

Huh, weird. I wonder if the previous owner fucked them up getting them out. I had to be careful removing mine cause they were rusted so bad they were starting to pit.

They have been great minus the warping, hence why I had to swap rotors and pads. I do have to say, the new Hawk pads and slotted rotors are fantastic though.

I've had them get stuck before but nothing a litttle pb blaster didn't take care of with a hammer and a punch. Trick is cleaning then out with a wire wheel and cleaning the hole for the pin with a small metal pipe cleaner

You are doing something wrong if you warp your brakes. Done TONS of mountain driving, lots of city driving, 60k on my original rotors n pads, no warping. Use your gears.

Definitely possible. I also did a full fluid flush because I found water in the brake lines. I need to get new calipers anyways (on both sets, the pots were almost rusted through on the inside), so I will replace all the pins and clips.

Ouch. Brutal. I wouldn't be surprised if my brakes had water in them... oops.

Most likely from hard braking. Im having a lot of front end issues after installing spidertrax spacers last winter.

There is no such thing as warping. Warping is a speed used in Star Trek. The term is called excessive lateral runout. If I took my truck in for service and they said your rotors are warped, I would be asking for specs on the lateral runout measured with a dial indicator.

Just having a little fun. Never hurts for people to be armed with good knowledge before they go into the dealer for service and get talked into buying rotors when they are not necessary.
