Just put in the order for some spidertrax wheel spacers. also sent an email off to JBA about some control arms. wondering it the ones they have on the site will fit a stock height truck.

They will. They just help with alignment and coilover clearance with lifted trucks.

Cut one of the old ones to be as long as neccessary - bit longer than half worked for me - so you can use it an an alignment jig from the other side as it will help getting the new ones in. I did that and my uppers went on really easy for it. Just wished I had saved it as we’ve done so many UCA swaps at my place that I kick myself everytime for chucking it into the scrap pile.

Yeah, when doing it yourself without it you can get frustrated quickly.

all good guys im pretty sure i can knock out the install without issue. the hardest part will be getting the old one out. everything is rusted to shit. im having trouble sourcing the damn bolts. im on a few parts sites with exploded diagrams of everything on the truck EXCEPT that fucking bolt -_- clearly says front suspension, control arm etc...no fucking bolt.

Ask the guy on that link I sent you. PM him your vin and the part you're looking for and he'll send you a price shipped and a part number - he doesn't care if you don't buy from him or not. (He knows it's just a matter of time lol)

Edit: actually just call your local dealership with that info and they'll let you know too.

Carrier issues are the sellers problem. Don’t let them push that shitshow into your lap.
