EGR vaccum modulator filter

    2017 tacoma TRD off road
    I recently replaced my egr valve due to check engine light, now my light has come back on. I noticed that the vaccum modulator had a small filter, I read online to just blow out the filter. Im sure the filter is inexpensive and would prefer just to buy a new one, but i cant find one anywhere. Anybody know where i can get one?
