You can use the 19mm bolt from the bottom of the front struts to help you align the washers when pushing the long UCA bolt in. Also, removing the grill and using a long pry bar can help you tap the UCA bolt in.
    These 2 vids helped me

Thanks, I've spent hours watching as many vids as possible to prepare. The JBA's already arrived, the Eibach comes tomorrow, I'm going to have a busy weekend. I'm going to just prepay about $200 into the swear jar and get it over with. lol

My wheel and tire is really close to the upper control arm after the lift. Will the jba control arms fix that? I want to go to method wheels which are an inch wider than the stock trd wheels. I'm afraid that's not gonna work with the current control arms.

You will need a lower offset wheel or run wheel spacers. I'm running 16x8 et0 wrapped with 285/75/16 and I have plenty of room between my JBA UCA and tire.

Yep I got em from Wheelers once I saw the site wide 15% deals along with the other perks they offer. I've been waiting for a deal on these for a long time but finally jumped on it.

I was gonna get the non adjustable Freedom Offroad UCA's but I figured I'd step it up & get the SPC's

The best thing is the wife is in the Holiday spirit so I got the nod to order

I just received my kit. I bought the struts already assembled but noticed they look a little off. The top hat looks like it is crooked or on an angle. Did anyone else experience this buying assembled struts? Is this normal?

Is it sitting in the perch spot correctly? Is the spring end in the slot?

It's completely normal. Because the strut mount has a rubber bushing above & below the plate it allows the plate to squish one side of the bushing more than the other. This happens since the spring style is not flat at the top. Once you install it and tighten up the bolts everything will straighten out.

I was thinking, Install it. and if it still looks off you can drop the lower control arm and loosen the top nut so you can reposition the spring and then tighten it. Just about like a "no spring compressor install" I know but that is what I would probably do.

Love it! For the money I'm super impressed. No more bottoming out and they hold a pretty good load well.
