Did you have to do the CMC? No rubbing issues?

158477F5-94BF-40A2-BA02-8882EFD6AD72.jpg Lift installed! Front set on bottom notch. No sway bar relocation bracket. 1” Eibach blocks in the rear. Everything went well with one minor exception. I read somewhere that the Eibach logo on the coil springs should face out. Couldn’t make that happen since the shop that assembled the springs didn’t line it up that way. I’m assuming that’s only for looks though? E6D00CCD-935E-4777-B3C6-D33AD31BD4B9.jpg

Just got my kit ordered. going with a wheeler's off road 3 leaf progressive in the rear. Did any of you guys have issue with the needle bearing after lift? Or did you just replace it when it was already torn apart?

It seems to be hit and miss from what I've read. Some guys have the issue stock. I just went ahead and did it so I'd never have to worry.

Looking to order the full Eibach kit from Toytec (they are local to me). Is a 1/4" spacer for the drivers side front recommended? Not sure if there is a gangsta lean with this kit or not...

So after your lift with the 1/4" spacer on the drivers side, there was less than 1/4" variance between driver/passenger? Which was higher out of curiosity?

I had the same results exactly. 1/4” higher on passenger side after lift with the spacer on the driver side.

Me too. Added 1/4 in spacer on driver side and still 1/4 in higher on pass side post lift.

I’ve already posted pics of my truck with the lift installed. Just thought I’d post an update with more info to help others.
2019 Sport DCSB. Used the Eibach 1” blocks in the rear and a Headstrong 1/4” spacer on the front drivers side. Took about 4 hours total. If you have a jack, jack stands and a hard surface to work on, don’t pay someone to install this. It’s too easy.
Before the install, I was worried that 1” in the rear wouldn’t be enough. My goal is perfectly level. With the lift, it’s still a tiny bit higher in the rear. After I add a Diamondback bed cover and some gear in the bed, it should be dead level.
I wish I’d done the ECGS bushing while I had things apart. I don’t have any vibrations, just wish I’d done it for piece of mind.
Took it to toyota for an alignment. The initial numbers were way out of spec. After talking to the service tech, he admitted that he didn’t change much because he didn’t think it would align within spec due to the lift. He put it back on the rack and the numbers are much better now. Here’s a few more pics and the final alignment specs. Tires and wheels are next!392A4232-AF9F-4C58-A7B7-5FDDE4AEC855.jpg CECD3C6B-3A82-4930-A136-87BF5C236553.jpg

Thanks for posting your info. How are you liking the ride compared to your stock sport suspension?

It’s noticeably stiffer than stock but not so stiff that it’s jarring. Stock suspension felt too bouncy to me and this has improved that. Feels more like a truck now. One thing I’ve noticed is if I come to a hard stop, it sometimes feels like I’m sitting on the center of a see-saw for a second. My guess is it’s because the stock rear suspension is so much softer than the front. It’s hardly noticeable, but it’s there.
