I did not have to do any cutting of my fenders, but I did have to remove my front mud flaps. I think my coilovers are around 2.5", maybe a tiny bit more, and that's how they came straight out of the box, I didn't adjust them. For rear lift I did a 3 pack add a leaf which is supposed to give 1.5" of lift, so my truck is perfectly level. I do have old man emu uca's, and I think I have around 3.6° of caster when I got my alignment done. Alignment helps a lot to keep the tires away from the fender liners

The eibachs come out of the box with 2.5” of lift?? And it stays that much once the truck settles? Also, I got an SPC UCA. So I plan on getting a positive caster when I get my alignment as well. For now I just have an icon AAL which will give 1.5” in the back

Start shopping/planning now for when those spc's start to fall apart.

After 8k my x axis and ball joints were shot, buddy with a third gen runner same thing. Pretty much everyone I know out here started on spc's got tired of having to warranty them and has moved on. Quick search on here shows piles of failures. There are others that have had no issues but I would say the majority is nothing short of negetive experiences.
They have the best adjustability to get the best alignment but in terms of reliability and durability they belong on the streets and that's it.

I think eibach lists them at 0-2.5" of lift, and if I remember correctly by my measurements I think I was closer to 2.75", and it settled to right around 2.5" with no adjustments. I thought about getting spc's because the level of adjustments seemed like a good option, but I heard that you gotta have a shop that really knows how to set them up right to get the right numbers out of it. I had read a bunch about the ball joint and bushing failures too, and for some reason I just didn't trust the ball joint being held in place by a nut. In my head I just imagine that if that nut isn't tightened, or maybe you're kinda rough on it off road that the ball joint could slide in the notch

I may consider trading them in then, maybe for some emus.

as for the amount of lift, are you running any weight in the front?

There was no settling. Eibach pre-compresses the springs before final assembly. This reduces settling.

Why don’t you call eibach and upgrade the springs either an inch taller or 650 pound spring because you’re preload is way over the 99mm max it says to follow. Change out springs problem solved
