Eibach strut bushings

EIBACH LIFT KIT

So I totally got fucked by napa. I had them assemble my eibach struts and I supplied them with all the hardware and they said struts don't use bushings so they didn't put them on. Me being naive and first time dealing with suspension install I believed them. Now the piston rod is not aligned with the spring and is grinding against the top cap. ANYONE know where I can buy the bushings and washers for the eibach kit? Or at least know the dimensions of them to buy them from somewhere?
