my entire wheel/tire assembly (hankook dynapro atm 285/75/16 and pro comp 8069) was only about $1200 out the door and the performance gain in these tires is awesome

cool. and they look sweet too. i dont question the tire performance, just the diff between keepin my factory alloys vs. sellin those and gettin cheap steel wheels. seems like a financial wash with a loss of stiffness and longevity

ya, to each his own. if you like the stock wheels, keep them. but when you need new tires, get all terrains and research them before buying. im VERY happy with mine

I can't come this weekend bud. Sorry :(

On another note, some punk kids shot a BB gun through my car's window. I can only assume I know who did it. Last night my neighbor had some friends over for drinks. I was in my car when this Xterra pulled up, parked in front of my house, and started throwing their empty bottles into my other neighbor's backyard. Obviously, I got out and told them something.... Then magically, before they left at 2:00 in the morning, there was a BB in my window.

The worst part is that they were attending this kick back at the only neighbors that I actually talk to. Her 6 year old daughter and 10 year old boy come over to ask me to fix their bikes, help them with HW, or just to watch me work on my car several times a week. Their dad works in an oil field somewhere and comes home for the weekend every 3 weeks, so I think the kids just need an adult male in their lives.

Heck, I even had to keep my mouth shut while the kids came over to watch me tape up my window this morning and asked me who did it . I plan on having a chat with their mother sometime soon. She hangs out with bad people. One time, they had to come over to my house (we have a gun) because one friend was drunk, pulled out a 12 inch blade and started breaking their car windows until police arrived. She shouldn't let those people in the same house as her beautiful kids.

Haha thanks bud! Always a contributor!

Hey Val I did my TSB {Harsh Ride} at the Totoya dealership on Gateway. Just make sure you go in complaining about the Harsh ride when carry something heavy in your bed. What I told them was I has driving with my quad strap to the bed as i was going through speed bumps the bed drop and sounded horrible. I also printed out the TSB paperwork and should it to them as I complained. He then just made a report was going to let his Manager know and in a week I had four leaf springs :). Good Luck

Sweet! So is that Hoy Fox Toyota? I bought mine at Dick Poe and they seem to be really good. I have to take my truck in for a few other things and was thinking about just getting it all done at once. But the rear window seal to the left of my sliding window is falling down, the weather strip on the roof of my truck on the passenger side where a roof rack would go flew off the other day while I was driving down Mesa. So, I have a few things to get taken care of.

How much of a lift do you end up getting from the extra leaf??
