Well today kinda sucked, sorry didn't get back to y'all sooner.
Heres my day: This morning I went to Discount tire to get my rims and new tires installed. The guy looked at the rims and said that I need new lugs with different shank so I said ok and left the truck. About 10 mins later the guy calls and says the tires are not the right size for my truck(285/70/R17) and he said I need 265. After arguing for a while he agrees to mount the 285s. About 30mins he calls and said the hub bore was too small, they couldn't mount it, went back and saw for myself it was to small. Got my money back, went home, decided to try and install my URD MAF calibrator. Well it didn't go so well. Truck would start and run for 5 seconds then die and get a check engine light  so I took it out. Got a string of bad luck or something.
Good thing is I got $120 worth of new locking lugnuts for free because the guy left them in the back of the truck :p
I got them from ebay, not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. Bixenon Hi/Lo 55w 6000k H4, don't know much more then that lol

Those definitely look sweet, but I don't know anything about them. They seem really low priced for supposed HIDs. But you'd be better off posting that in the lighting section -- I'm not really qualified to speak on lighting.

If you want to learn more about retrofitting, go to www.theretrofitsource.com. You'll notice that their kits, without the actual headlights, run more expensive than the link you posted. I know of a couple guys on TW that will actually do the retrofit for you if you give them parts, but they charge several hundred to do so.

Why not just get the DDM ones and see how they turn out? You can always do a retrofit later in the future if the DDM are giving off too much glare.

Nice, man. Enjoy yourself out there. And sorry to hear about the truck issues yesterday!

Hey everyone, here's a group buy for leaf springs from Wheelers/Alcan: http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/group-buys/141854-wheelers-5-leafspring-group-buy.html.

I don't know about common second gen set ups, but first gens love these leafs. I'm HOPING to get the 8 pack, but money's tight. It ends March 31. They have the 10 needed to get the 10% off. If 4 more join (3 more if I do it), its another 5% off.

If anyone is worried about install, I'll be more than happy to donate my garage, tools, and labor. Keep in mind the money saved pays for the shipping, which is pretty hefty on leafs due to their weight and size.

The tires were fine, it was the rims that didn't fit, the hub in the middle is too small for toyota's, there chevy sized. But I have an idea on fixing them that I got from this :D:
I'm going to a machine shop to do this. Seems like it will work.
