^^^ Wait wait wait. What's this "professionally" thing about? Here in the EP Tacoma scene, we do things ourselves. What do you need installed?

And why did it take you 5 hours for rear leafs?

haha my honda friends have never seen leafs so it took us a while to figure how to get it going, pretty much learning as we went with it. and my mom works at toyota so a mechanic friend was gonna install the coils for me.

i'd love to install them myself but i dont have a spring compressor and wouldnt even know how to begin on that haha

What coils are you putting on what shocks? Spring compressor's easy. $50 deposit at Autozone (you get it back). Then tighten evenly.

Lmao Martin your post made me laugh so hard. "play with my SAC or in the SAC or Eat out or Eat my SAC" hahahahah

Fog light mod, simple, 1 wire, a tap and a fem connector, that should be your next mod

Cory, coils are relatively easy. Jack up, tire off, brakes, control arm, coilovers out, remove spring, place new spring, reverse.

There should be several beer breaks in there, too.

Edit: Haha I just now realized you don't have much automotive experience. My directions are sort of a generalization. If you need help sometime this week, I can probably help ya. I have a final on Monday, and family comes into town Thursday. My number is nine-one-five-2-4-one-eight-6-7-eight.

I didn't mean it as a criticism. I meant it in a "these can't really be used as directions" message. I left plenty of small things off -- things like removing ABS line.

Wasn't meant as criticism, Cory. Everyone starts somewhere. I think its good you're trying to work on your own truck.

We had IHOP this mornin' ;). Be jealous.

^ Haha oh. Well nowadays, telemarkets/researchers use computers that automatically scan the internet for phone numbers and/or e-mail addresses to advertise to. That's why you see people write numbers that way, or e-mails as "alex at tw dot com".
