Well if its ur DD, I would keep it and buy a cheap 4x4 to dick around with, which is what I'm trying to do. Unless you sold yours to get a second gen 4x4, but it might be expensive. LT your truck and some tires, and you'll be able to go most places, then SC :D

This is my first truck too bud. Although we used to have an '86 Bronco with 4x4 :). Just have fun with it and be responsible. You'll learn you way around it soon enough.

I know exactly where you live. My buddy's mom lives over there.

I'm one of those guys . Now that I have my 4x4 I'm gonna go waaay out in the desert. I went out drivin' with a bud of mine today near Hueco but on the side of Montana. Darn near wasted half a tank just driving.

Doesn't count :p. Just kidding. You offroad frequently?

Oh I'm not one of those guys who sits on the side of the road. Those guys frustrate me. I'm go out a little further and there's a spot I used to get to with my car. The past few years I've gone to Horizon for fireworks though.

It was spur of the moment lol. If you'd like to PM me your number or anything, I can let you know next time.

Damn if I was down there I would so go with you guys. I will be there in March though getting some parts put on my truck, if you want to we could have a sort of mod day/meet. I have some tools and extra stuff like wire, switches, ramps, whatever you can think of.

Haven't checked this thread in about a week, and it seems to have blown up a bit! I'm always down for Redsands or any locked prerunner-friendly trails. Also, Redsands has always been 2wd friendly for me, at least the entrance and parking area next to the dunes. If you plan on cruising in the dunes, have 4x4, haha.

I've got a quad I can take too that we can all ride around in, too! :D
