el paso taco stop?

El Paso actually got a small bit of snow today. I want to wheel so bad

 

Pulled about 12 cars out of the ice last night. Was kinda fun until we had a semi get stuck, the police had to block the road because it just kept sliding backwards and didn't stop. Worst part was no one could give the guy directions because he was arabic.

Colin those photos are amazing, do you do this for a living?

 

Not really, I use it to pay for my photography habit. Most of the time I just do it for my self, but I have done a few jobs.

So did you have a good time out in the snow up here? You will have to hit some real trails sometime, not just snow covered fire roads. So I keep getting questions about your 14 light on your truck... 2 batteries? bigger alt.? or??

He just doesn't run them all at once

 

Hello everyone! If anyone wants to do anything during the week or this coming weekend. I'll be free for about a month and a half!

I have a Prerunner, so nothing too extreme.

 

^^ How were your finals dude?

 

I had a great time up there, on the lights I try not to run them all at once if I don't have to. I do have the tow package which is supposed to have a bigger alternator and I changed the battery to an Optima yellow top. It does just fine.

It was awesome!...and the fact that I only had to go one day for two classes

I had to do Pre-Cal and Speech. I ended up with a "C" in Precal and "B" on speech. Had I not taken the final for speech, I'd end up with a "C" also. But I'm happy because a "C" is a transferable grade for a university.

So if you guys want to chillax at someone's crib or do some truck'n'

How was yours?

 

Mine were easy, man. I had all easy classes this semester . Only had to go to 2 finals really.

We should all grab some drinks or something. Maybe hit up Cinci.

 

Ugh...grad school is kicking my ass! I am still in class! This last class of mine got moved down by two weeks so this saturday is my last class. I can't walk for winter break!

 

Time to take my christmas vacation for 2 weeks. Too much free time

 

Looks like we are doing some more snow wheeling this sunday, who is up for it?

 

Might be able to meet this sunday, got to see what's going on local first. If so when and where does the meet take place

at the highrolls gas station. Dont know a time yet for sure, but prob. around 11ish.

 

That sounds like fun! I'm not sure I will be able to make it. My god son has some little xmas show at church.

I am taking 2 weeks leave from work though. So I will be down to meet anytime between next week and January 3rd.

I'm also getting ready to order my n-fab nerf bars!!!

 

In ruidoso is where you guys wheel? That's 2 1/2 hrs from me! I'll be down next weekend on friday, and I'll be leaving monday night.

 

I have never done any wheeling there, I usually go up into the cloudcroft area.
