    That's interesting.

Need to do some research and find out the difference to a JD2 Model 32.

Those dies are 120° (effective 110°)

On some occasions I would need more than that, but not often.

Figure I'd bring this thread up to speed. Haven't been able to do much on the truck, due to Dr's orders.

    FB_IMG_1710295215901.jpg

I'm bored off my ass because I can't even lift more than 5-10 pounds. I am back to work, but taking it easy. Just doing the little bit of physical activity I have to do just wipes me out, but it's getting better slowly but surely.

But... I haven't had to lift anything to hit the Proceed to checkout button

Picked up the sheet steel and took it down to @Kwikvette to have him cut it... with the help of @Blue Canary (thank you Nelson and Larry).

Noticed this for benders but it wasn't listed for Woodward Fab. I reached out to Swag Offroad and asked them about it. I have to say... Swag has EXCELLENT customer service. Absolutely top notch.

He let me know that due to the way Woodward does their dies, I may need to turn the main pin down a bit to get it to fit. Because of that he doesn't actually list it for Woodward. But he told me the correct kit to buy (the one that fits JMR) and told me what needs to be done to make it fit.

    Gall bladder left the chat.

Had to go under general anesthesia twice. Once to remove stones. Once to remove the gall bladder.

When I went to the hospital the pain level had my blood pressure to 168 over 125.

Haven't done anything to the truck for nearly a month. Still recovering from surgery, so I'm no good to lift, bend, squat... or really much of anything.

But I can do a little welding
And my kid helped me with the lifting.

    Finished up the bender cart.

Can't install the bender till I recieve the ram mount from Swag. (Well, I can install it, but then I'd have to take it back apart to put in the ram mount)

    Ram mount I'm waiting for.

Finally able to do some work on the truck again.

Getting the 5th leaf put back in the leaf pack this evening.

Hope to get the lower shock mounts and hydrobump mounts reconfigured tomorrow.

Cut the lower shock mounts off, so I can rotate them down for a bit more up travel.

Once I get the shocks re-mounted I'll need to cut and adjust the bump pads (one step at a time).

Rotated the lower mount down about 20° should give me about an inch more uo travel.

Mount is still not slung below the axle (which is what I'm trying to avoid)

My man, glad to see you’re recovering and tinkering again with el rojo. I’ll have to do the ram conversion since my new place it’s a rental and will not be able to mount to the ground. Gotta complete my front and rear bumpers. Your set up is faaaaaancy!

I definately don't have much stamina.

It's taken me all day to cut those mounts off and weld the new ones back on.
