    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

It was the highest rated, most expensive 3M vinyl. Had the groove shit to limit air bubbles... blah, blah, blah.

If you don't have a heat barrier under your hood, vinyl will not work well. Too much heat. It will shrink.

Oh, sorry... the 2K can that you linked is the one. It's 2 part.

It's not cheap (49 bucks a can at O'Reilly) but I've used, just about every brand bedliner spray and this stuff is 10000 miles ahead of the next best.

Literally, all other bedliner sprays (in a rattle can) are garbage in comparison.

    Absolutely ZERO issues clogging.
Sprays on great, very even texture.
Dries exceptionally fast, but not too fast.
    Dries really hard.
I've had the other Raptor on for a few months (Death Valley and a couple snow trips) It holds up super well.
And so far there is no indication it's going to fade... came out a nice true black, no brownish tones.

All other bedliner aerosols are 1k so that mix-in hardening agent in the 2k stuff definitely is making that difference. What kind of coverage do you get out of a can?

The sides were 1 can each, roof 1 can, hood 1 can.

I laid the front edge of the hood on pretty thick though. Figure it'll help with rocks and such. Plus I was trying to blend over some chips that were already there.

Going to make a couple changes to the front bumper... stay tuned.

Was suprised at the price of DOM from Summit. If you're not building an entire cage, or something big like it, Summit is a good place to look if you need a couple (small) sticks of DOM.

Lot's of places, here local, want to sell a minimum of a 20 ft stick, which is a bit more than I need right now.

    Summit sent me some chopsticks.

@foxrcing07 helped me make a couple bends.

We'll cut off the wild ends and glue some hoops to the bumper this weekend.

While we have the bumper off, we'll fix or replace the winch, and strip and repaint the bumper.

I dig the diagonal tubes - thought the tubes were way too long when they were on your garage floor haha

Oh, the tubes were way too long. I cut 38 inches off each of them. But I couldn't get 2 hoops out of 1 tube.

Tacked the hoops in place, then pulled the bumper. Welded the hoops fully in place and stripped the entire bumper to bare metal.

I added gussets to the tabs that mount to the body mounts on the sides of the radiator. Never liked how they were so long and thin.

Looks good! After I bedline my bumpers , grill , etc, I hit it with satin black to prevent the fade. A little late for my advice I guess. Lol. Looks tits sir!

    100%

It does plug in, if needed. That's how we tested the winch. Not even sure what batteries it takes yet lol.
