and for spring under it works great crawling, u get a clean 18" of travel back there, i really really doubt the hangers would get cought up, if so it would be minor. If u have alot of weight out back use the deaver F67 pack, people race that pack and its what i use. otherwise u the F55 pack that doesnt arch as much and is softer. I would run 12" shackles with it and almost anyshop can build u them, i got mine from Richer Racing and i love em. and u will need front hangers which u can make or buy, Total Chaos makes a badass set and u will need the new u-bolt plates witch TC also makes.
truck my buddy built, i dont think u can have a truck more ready for anything then this set up, 4x4 long travel front and rear with locker:

Thanks blackhawk for that video. Thats mostly the stuff I'll be doing with occasional high speed runs. I did the math for the giant motorsports longtravel kit and it would end up running me 3200 all said in done with the t-100 axle. The deaver leaf pack and shackles approach would run me half that amount (1500) and judging by the video would work perfect for my needs. A couple of questions, you said i need the following

    -Deaver leaf pack
-TC rear shackles mounted over frame (12 inch)
    -Shocks (16 or 18 inch)
    -Bed cage
    -Fiberglass fenders
    -spring under axle mount kit.

Here's where you lost me. You said i need a new hanger for the front of the spring? I thought that the deaver's springs bolted on to the Original front hanger location and all you needed was the rear 12 inch shackles mounted over the frame and a spring under axle mount kit for it to work.

ya dude the truck in the video is the owner of rough road fabs' wifes truck. i use to help him at his shop, awesome truck. anyway go with 16" shocks. im running 16" radflo tripples and they cycle a clean 20"s, more then the leafs can cycle at 18"s.

anyway ur good all that stuff u need, but u do need front hangers. there pretty simple so i dunno if u would wanna make some or buy them from TC or ect. Giant moto is an amazing company and make almost everything you need even if its not listed on there website. im sure they could get u hangers, shackles and u bolt plates. but if not Total chaos makes that for toyota's.

Side note: if your not making a full kill bedcage kinda like mine, then i highly recommend u box all of your frame if its not already because it will be taking alt of pressure

also if ur running a t100 axle like me ur ass is gunna be wide, so ur gunna need wide ass bedsides for it as well. im running 8" bedsides from fiberwerx, not sure whats available for your truck but i can tell you it will be required that u have wide glass bedsides and i recommend u get wide fenders upfront as well so it looks proportional. failure to do will result in a tire going straight threw your bedside ha

Well I just ordered everything. Sent Cameron over at Krawltex a couple of emails asking about a simple bed cage and he told me it would be 10 hours of labor to bend the tube weld and paint it all up. I bought giant motorsports rear 62 inch L.T. kit that way I wouldn't have to piece everything together. Also ordered Mcneil rear bedside fender's. Only thing left are the shocks. I'm leaning towards King 2.0 smoothies (16inch). Will I be fine with that.

Nice man, sounds like fun, wish I could join y'all. Yeah, Tyler and I were talkin about heading out to harbor island and doing some wheelin over Christmas break since we will both be in corpus. There's a nice big open sandy area with some jumps for the bug.
