    were can i find a real supercharger or turbo that will not break the bank if thats possible. Has anyone used this electric supercharger (just wondering) THANKS

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.

    To add, not only would the alternator be drawing more power from the engine ( to power this stupid thing), but being as it needs 75 amps, and the stock alt puts out about 80, or so depending on model truck, the truck sucks about 15 amps just to run its basic systems (Or more), so.....not only is it going to increase drag on the engine from the alternator trying to give power to run it, but the remaining power is going to come from the battery. In short.....X2 with Phantom.

    Nitrous oxide is relatively cheap power but I don't recommend it.

    i see........o well just was looking on the internet and this caught my eye does anyone know some web sites that sell turbos and superchargers for the 2.7 THANKS

    The electricity required is not whats important here. The physics of an axial fan design makes it impossible of creating pressure. Yes they can move air in an open environment, but cannot make pressure. Any axial fan type super/turbo charger is a scam. The only real electric supercharger is the Thomas Knight system. These are quite literally a super charger housing powered by electric motors. these are not cheap though.
