96 tacoma extra cab 2wd 5spd 380,000 and still moving

Hello all-
my 96 extended cab recently started having some odd issues with turn signals and AC blower...
If my headlights are on the left turn signal doesn't work when the brake pedal is depressed, and sometime (I haven't discovered the circumstance) the blower will continue to run after i have turned the key off IF the break pedal is depressed. Anyone?
