Do your power and ground checks at the PCM, I don't expect we'll see power on E8 Pins 1 & 2 but we need to see if we have power and ground on the rest.

    As expected.
The ECM will need to be checked for powers and grounds, as @Dm93 said.

Lets get those grounds at the ECM fixed.

    E4 - Pins 6 & 7

Let me see if I can find the ground point location for EE.
    Back in a bit.

For those following along. And what to know why were are checking the EE ground location.
It's because all the grounds OP is missing on the ECM are tied to the EE ground.

We also need to find connector IC4 and see what's going on with our power there, mabe it's not plugged in all the way or a pin is bent.

    Working on it.....

    Chilton strikes again.
    No connector locations. Just pinouts.

Might need you for the location.
Unless I find it before you can get to it.

I'm kind of hoping that the ground issue fixes the power issue.
As the ECM is the SUPPLY power. Maybe if we get the ECM online, it will supply power.

It's all in the file I posted in Post #52

E8 Pin 3 is dead, that power comes from the EFI Fuse (Hot at all times) through Connector IC4 Pin C4 (Blue)

    Good thing you caught that.
My eyes were seeing it E8- Pin 8...
And it too goes through IC4.

It is in fact E8- Pin 3.
I just need to do better at reading.....
