    E8 - Pin 7 has power.
    It goes through IC4.
So I'd say it is plugged in. Maybe not good though?

Well it's either a problem in that connector, a broken wire, or a mistake in testing becuase the EFI Fuse supposedly has power.

Have we ever checked power to the EFI relay? I can't remember?

Might not hurt? If no power to the EFI relay, no power to the IC4.
    It's spliced at the relay.

At this point, might as well check it all.
Pull the EFI relay, Turn the key on.
See if you have power to pin #5.Screenshot 2024-06-04 180338.png

Ok then we need to go to Connector IC4 and see what's up there as well as figure out those grounds.

As of now, the only Black/Yellow I see goes to the ground side (controlled by ECM) of the fuel pump relay.
But I'm still looking. Might be more than one Black/Yellow?

Do you have power to IC4 pin 12?
If so, trace the other side back to the ECM and see where it's cut/broken.

Well, the dome light goes through the IC4, and it has an active short........
    That's IC4 pin 10 (Red wire)

We got some work ahead of us. But we'll get there.
    Hang in there OP.

    We have a connector issue.
