First off Im new to the forum. I have a 2014 Tacoma TRD Sport. I accidently backed over a tree limb (not big)......long story short it pulled the ABS Speed sensor wiring harness wires out of the Molex plug. Tried installing the wires and my dash ABS/Brake/Skid light wont go off. Checked fuses as well and they are OK.

I ordered a new wiring harness and it should be here tomorrow. Does anyone know if the computer needs to be cleared in order for these lights to go off? Any other ideas in case this new wiring harness does not do the trick?

Thanks in advance for any input......

Most likely, yes, the computer needs to be cleared. Pull the negative terminal of the battery, and see if the ABS light goes out. Or do you have a OBDII code reader that works for ABS as well?

The resolution: new wiring harness along with removing neg battery terminal. Can't splice the ABS/speed sensor cables as they are shielded.
