I have a 2006 tacoma with electrical problems

Dealership put a new ecm in it but, warning lights are still blinking and the four wheel drive will not engage. They are saying it needs a secondary air pump. Any ideas??

Can you be more specific about which particular warning lights are blinking?

check engine light, battery light are on but not blinking. Four wheel drive light, abs light, low tire pressure light, are all blinking. Dealership thought that maybe the pickup got stuck by lightning.
