    Did you try searching? The 2003 FSM is available from a few different sources. Should be able to find it pretty easily.

    It might help if you are more specific about the diagram you looking for- the FSM has them for each sub-system.

    Yup, looks like the Radio And Player wiring diagram is available in the FSM.

    have two speakers....i want two more back the seat using oem harnes from a 2000 4runner and if is
    posible the amplifier from the same truck

    If you have an extended cab, the wiring is likely already there to the rear speakers. You should actually verify that the speakers aren't there too.

    Either way- You'll get a much better system by just going with an after-market head unit rather than trying to salvage parts from a 4 runner. It will be a LOT cheaper in the long run. New head unit + adaptor harnesses are very affordable- no wiring required.
