Electronic break control harness

So I didn't want to pay the $45 for the place to install the break controller cord, does anyone know where the pin contact is?

I've look all under the steering wheel area and the kick plate, as well as, under the glove box.

I can't find anything for the 3rd gens online.

Not the best shot but it gives you an idea, it's hidden back in there, the wires to the right are the pigtail plugged in. It is behind the kick panel on the driver side

 

Its a pain... really, I started wondering if the truck wasn't set up right. You can take the one panel retaining plug out closest to the firewall that helps. but definitely buried behind the panel.
