I put some life back to my old faithful K100. Its is a pretty good mod, hits pretty hard for what it is. But a few issues made me stop using it. I would forget to lock the button, or it would come loose in my pocket and fire, and once I dropped it on the button, and it punched a big dimple in my brand new VTC5...
Also the spring was pretty tired.
So I got bored and made a recessed cap for the button out of brass. And I also put a cone spring on it. Button has a nice firm but smooth push now. A few guys at work are asking me to mod theirs too. I am really happy with it now.

Nice and flush easy to adjust throw since its a telescoping.

It just screws on. Left hand threads tho

Cone spring will compress nearly flat.

Depends on how stressful of a day. Bad day, 15-20 mils, good day, about 5-10 mils.

    Single battery?

Since I drip I'm not sure, I vape all day and I have 4 30ml bottles and some are all still pretty full. I would guess 5-8ml a day

Single parallel 26 guage on the 454. Sitting at .5 ohms at 23.5 watts, holy, shit. Great throat hit, great flavor and vapor production. If you buy through VaporShark, they throw in a free bottle of juice (30ml). The strawberry kiwi is actually pretty good.

Sony VTC is the battery, best battery you can get for "advanced vaporizers". Every one I know swears by them (I also have 2).

Wire is your coil. That in itself is an art form. Different gauges do different things as well as makers.

    Ohms, well that's ohms.

Rip Trippers and PBusardo are both great informational people on youtube for anything vaping. Give them a look up.

I'd say 10-15ml a day is about right.

Made a new flavor today, combined Turkish tobacco, vanilla, cotton candy, and a hint of peach and banana. pretty good, kinda taste like oatmeal.

Just got my Vox orchard 2.5 in, first impression, looks tits, 10 mins into it "what a pain in the ass" may be it's just me, but building on such a small deck is a PITA, wicking is hard since i've never had a RBA. but it's nice to not have to refill every 3 hits.

on the side note, i have another major i must've gotten a bad batch of cotton because all my wicks are getting horribly dark after a couple of hits, and it's giving off a burnt taste. really thinking about switching over to silica, tired of burnt cotton hits.

The bucks is mainly watermelon with a hint of cucumber, you should try to make that

Everytime I get burnt cotton it's because the coil is hot legging. Put the coil as close to the post as possible and you shouldn't burn any more also if that's not it try adding another wrap or two and maybe a bigger gauge wire. Japanese cotton is the best to use by my testing

i mixed some watermelon with some honeydew and some old strawberry shortcake use i had, turned out pretty good

It was glowing good(inside out), maybe too good, this cotton i got is so bad at picking up juice.
