Electronic noise when shifting from R to D?

    First off, hello to all. I'm new to the site, but not to Tacoma's. I owned a 2001 which I recently sold as I needed the double cab(2011 TRD 2WD) for our newest addition. That said, here's my question. When I move the shift lever from Reverse to Drive I hear a distinct electronic noise from the rear of the vehicle. I'm sure this has been asked before, I just can't seem to find a thread... Any info on this would be appreciated.
