    Why not? That same light hoop with the half gaurd saved my 400 dollar Light Force 240 Blitzs when i rolled..

    if you planning on lights on the bumper..Get the hoop always.

    and yes all the bumpers Tim makes come with two holes drilled in the top for light mounting.

    The two big notches tho aren't for lights. They are more for like a recovery point for a HL jack it needed.
