Definitely, my biggest issue was the communication. Especially with the multiple false estimations-- if not for that then it would've been a better experience... but like I tell everyone (even before I received the bumper), Elite Off Road makes one HELL of a bumper

Look at the way Craig (homertaco) does his grills. You get on a wait list with no money down. He then does them in small batches that he can handle in a good easily manageable turnaround time. When your turn is up you pay your deposit, give your final order specs and he builds it. He's got 100-200 people on the list at all times and hardly any complaints.
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/homertaco/171169-made-order-satoshi-grills.html

Hate to see a good product fail by trying to go too big. Either make it a full time business or do as much as you can on the side and manage expectations/timing. I think Craig has a great model for how to run a popular side business and keep people as happy as possible.

Ya I know communication is definetly a problem since i started work at the hospital, I can only text those who have iphones through wifi when i'm at work and can't receive any phone calls till I'm off around 5:30 at the earliest each day. makes it especially tough to get a hold of people on the east coast with a 3 hr time difference.

Ya probably going to have to go this route in the future to keep things going.

Yeah me too. Ordered my lift kit 2 weeks ago. Already ordered my CVT RTT. Still need a bed rack, wheels and tires. Then I will buy the bumper. So hopefully I can get this next tax time :D

If he does decide to shut down Elite, I will just drive to his house and take his bumper :duel: but I don't see TacomaWorld letting him do that
