    Bumper highlights:
    * 3/16" thick CNC cut and MIG welded steel structure, winch mounting plate (8000-9500lb non-integrated solenoid winches only)
    *Integrated Winch/fairlead mounting and access holes
    *3/4" thick steel recovery points.
    * Optional recessed light cutouts for 4" Lights
    * Optional light hoop, Half guard, or full grille guards
    * Optional logos/graphics/whatever can be cut into the steel via the water-jet. (At a surprisingly low extra cost!!) Make your bumper unique!!! I can do any custom modifications (within reason of course) for only minor additional fees.

    I stated repeatedly to Tim that I did not want winch cutouts and he acknowledged this in a handful of emails that no winch cutouts or Off-road light holes should be cutout or drilled. I opted for a 20" Rigid Lightbar to be mounted in place of the winch (Still haven't received the Rigid fogs or the 20" E-Series). So, yes there was something wrong.

    Well, Tim did get back with me after I texted him. It looks like I'm going to have to wait longer for a replacement bumper and I will need to ship this one back. I kind of lost all the enjoyment of getting a new bumper out of this group buy. Also, I am still waiting on a reply for what happened to the Rigid D2's and 20" E-Series that I had ordered for the bumper and never received.

    I looked at the bumper and just also noticed that the cutout is for the SR Series 20" and not the E-Series 20" I asked for. I still haven't received my Rigid lights from Tim and he hasn't stated where they are. We exchanged a couple texts a week ago and he just left me more confused of where my lights are and how to send back this bumper. It is a shame that it wasn't done correctly because it is a very nice bumper. I just feel cheated now and have no idea if another is being made or with the correct options I asked for. He will not respond to any more texts. Should I just file a compaint with Paypal to try and get my money back?
