From what I can remember, none of them unless he changed drastically. Met him once at a local Sand Dune run 2 1/2 years ago.

It's one thing to over promise and under deliver. It's an entirely different beast if you're just stealing thousands of dollars at this point (which is pretty much what he's doing).

I can't believe that no one is able to get in touch with him considering all the ties to TW that he has.

 

Oh forget it, there aren't enough of these for this group buy.

Wonder how much my bumpers are worth now considering they are limited edition now. These are gonna be like collectors items.

 

That's all you need. My driveway fab shop works fine. As does the cutting wheel on my grinder. No excuse other than a thief at this point. Reasonable time went out the window a long time ago.

^^^This. Obviously he can't deliver, refund everyones money so they can use someone reputable to build them a bumper.

 

I'd give you a dollar to take them to the scrap yard.

Yea, that whole thing was super shady....I felt bad because I had inside info and was told not to buy anything from him but also told to keep it on the DL. I kinda sorta told some locals to stay away from him, but a few still got taken for a ride because I couldn't tell them the whole story.

At least you weren't the laser cutting vendor who got screwed out of tens of thousands... (total hearsay from a third person).

 

Granted, I'm fairly new to TW, but that might be the shadiest thing I've read on here...

Don't know what else "your friend" can do to "find him" but when you use air quotes it sounds uber sketch.

 

Is it me or is something missing in here? Besides the bumpers.

 

Well I know where he was living last year... not sure if he's still there. If a moderator thinks it is fine if I post it, then I may. By the way, per the discussion a page or two back, he did/does have a garage to work out of. I feel fortunate that I only lack the fog light brackets. Granted my front bumper was shipped incorrect, at least that was resolved. I can't imagine if I didn't receive my sliders and rear bumper. So much for the free bumper and slider drawing...

 

Yeah I think the giveaways is a lost cause on this one.

Nah. I'm still hoping I win free sliders from the guy who ripped hella people off on paid for items.

 

You'll probably get them when you don't have a truck they will fit also.

 

I haven't posted much in here but have been keeping up with it , in my opinion there's no excuse , if he can't fab them , at least get in contract and refund the money and stop giving excuses, by his pics on Instagram , it looks like he has a good amount of free time
