    I am one of the people that got burned on this group deal. I didn't receive everything I paid for and there was a promise of free stuff as an incentive to buy from Elite. Another fab shop was kind enough to give me what I didn't get from Elite for free and in doing so earned a customer forever. This makes it so I don't feel like I got totally ripped off but Elite still owes me and several other members of the group buy. I have many texts, PMs and phone calls starting with where is my bumper 9 months after paying to where is the stuff you didn't send me 3 months after I received it. These were replied to with excuse upon excuse of why he hasn't been able to do what I paid him.

    I've looked into small claims court, the filing fees are $158. The parts he owes me cost $95 based on the original post. This makes it not worth as it could potentially cost me more to file then I would ever collect, I don't live in Oregon and would rather not spend a visit to family there dealing with the courts. If any of you would like pursue a small claims case I would be happy to forward what I've learned in a PM. I'm pretty sure anyone who is owed more than some fog light brackets should pursue this and will receive something fairly quickly as it's hard to be a professional anything these days with an outstanding court judgement.

    That being said I got a good looking bumper for a fair price and while the wait wasn't as promised, it was in line with any other custom fabbed Tacoma bumper.
