Hey Tim, on your truck did you cut out the center portion of the grill and do all the fiberglass work? Are these meant to be put on over the center piece of the grill? I want to avoid cutting all that out but haven't seen any pictures of one of these installed with the middle of the grill still intact.

No sorry you have to cut it out on both the SATOSHI and the regular style. But the SATOSHI requires more work ie fiberglass. If you left the center in place with any grille mesh you will see it. I hope this helps you. You might want to keep your eye out for a spare grille to do this to.

    Hey Guys,
Just a update, the parts are being cut as i type!! i hope to have them by the weekend!! I picked up all the stainless hardware today as well as the hardware for the emblems im going to include some thin rubber to fit between the emblem and grille make sure you use it if you choose to put it on to protect the finish on the grille.

Hey Tim, have you done an AutoCAD layout of the grille with the emblem designed into the grille?

Yes I just dont know if I would get in trouble? That's why it's free.. And I think most people would want the option to remove it.
