Yeah that's right. The satoshi gives less room for lights. I have asked around about light output and people that responded say that it isn't as good as if they were out front but having them hidden and out of reach of thieves is worth any little loss of light. I can't imagine it blocking a lot anyway. That's why I ended up going with tim's grill instead of a grillcraft. Look through this thread and his light bar thread. There are some good pics and all.

I wanted to go with a bit smaller hole but when i got the quote back from the laser cutter i about fell over i would have to sell it for $400 and that is just too much for anyone to pay? it went from 400+ cuts to 700+ it ties the laser up for to long!!! The factory hex mesh on a 2011 has larger holes then my mesh, i know there is a large center bar but still, the good part with them being a bit larger is when you add lights behind it the light can pass thru better. Grillcraft mesh is a good option for some people.

Man I want my grills like a fat kid wants cake. Hmm, cake sounds good too. I know patience is a virtue but it's killing me having to look at these photos. Goos fraba (or however it's spelled)

Please be Monday. I have a serious mod itch to scratch on my truck. Waiting a month has sucked. I know will be worth it. They look so good.

    Tim,

Just received all my items today. Today is my birthday and these are just awsome. I have to say the quality is first rate and I am glad I went through you instead of a mass produced grill. My lights are waiting to be picked up today as well :) (ordered through Amazon). I will be installing everything on the weekend.

Are there any good references to installing the grills.

When people around here ask (and they will). I will make sure to point them in your direction.
