Ok I had a supercharged on come in today this is what I have for info you will have a loss in depth but you can still fit Hellas and other slim lights or lights that do no recess as far also the change the center brace so the center v hole will not line up but you could go to the hardware store and get a L bracket to screw in the side the top holes clear the hose here are a few pics hope this helps :D

Wow I wish I would have found this thread three weeks ago, I went with something else only because I couldn't find anything but plastic. I was searching about painting radiator and found this thread... Nice work on the grille! My lights bounce a bit but I can't afford your bracket yet (just spent $ on lights and grille) my next step is painting radiator any suggestions?? does it hurt cooling? thanks and nice product

As per the following description from their website, this paint is thinner and will not interfere with heat transfer such as BBQ paint.

"Radiator Black Satin - Many have asked for a lower sheen radiator black. The lower satin sheen resembles the gloss level of modern plastic tank radiators and some imports.
Standard engine paints are too thick for radiator use because they can interfere with heat transfer and block air flow between the cooling fins. Also, standard paint tends to flake off radiator tanks. Radiator Black helps solve this problem. Durable Enamel formulation resists temperatures up to 250ÂşF, gas and chipping. One can covers 6 square feet (most radiators require 2 cans). "

What i did: I removed the grill, then i dusted down the parts to be painted, then i cleaned them with denatured alcohol, masked everything that i wanted to protect from overspray and started spraying using a crosshatching pattern so i dont miss any spot. I aplied three coats of the radiator paint and after i finished, i just checked for any touch up needed. Oh and the horns i relocated them behind the battery. Sorry i forgot to take pics of the horns. Now im ready to hang my lights, i'm just waiting to get my lightbar.

thanks for the feed back everyone, nice pics of radiator paint. on my '08 between firewall and battery there are two pre drilled holes that are threaded the same size as existing horn screws. Nothing is being used in these two holes so it makes for a easy horn transfer.
