I was hoping for around $50. That's more than I was looking to spend unfortunately. Maybe you can do something less intricate and sell for a lower cost. I'm just looking for a cheap bracket to hold the lights securely. I haven't yet so I'm just going to try my local offroad shops to get one fabbed up.

My intentions were to purchase your standard (non-satoshi) grill replacement alongside the bracket powder-coated black in one purchase. I will have the lights soon and will get that exact measurement for you after I test them out. If I end up not going with them then I'll order some more Lightforce 240 Blitz lights which are slightly larger.

Looks don't bother me its going to be behind the grill......adjustments are nice I guess, I don't have them yet so I don't know how important they are.

Looks like an awesome product, good luck with your sales.

I don't mind spending a couple extra bucks for a quality piece of stainless with a solid powdercoat. I have bought aftermarket stuff in the past that looked good in the package and then rusted up a month later.

So I say go for a quality piece.

BTW you probably will be the only person making these brackets and thus become a millionaire off them. :D

My first thought when seeing the profile was that it might be too flimsy, but when I read that you plan on using 3/16 SS that thought quickly went away.
Because you'll be bending relatively thick steel in a tight 90 degree bend, you may end up with cracks on the outer bend radii, but nothing a small spot of weld wouldn't take care of. Love the design, I'd probably buy one!

EDIT: just noticed your small gussets in the 4th pic, I assume those will be welded into the corners.

Yes I have 4 gussets that will be welded on all the 90s this should take care of any flimsiness and give it a nice finish
