Hola!! So I read through a few threads on painting emblems and I did some lurking on the Googles and some hydro graphic pics came up and now I have a dilemma. I have full confidence that I could strip the emblems and paint them myself and put em back on that is also probably the cheapest route. Or I could go with a single color or design and have them hydro graphics(ed) and then re-install. Then I did some more searching and it looks like I could order colored emblems from Toyota which my guess is that might be the most expensive option. Just looking for suggestions or input from others who have painted, hydroed or ordered colored emblems.

    Thanks,

    Alex

I was going to derp my emblems. But opted for the OEM painted ones. Derp is your cheapest option. It's entirely up to you.

Ya I derped my wheels on a previous vehicle held up for a bit but about 6 months, after they started turning orange (brake dust is my guess) Also I am worried about matching the OEM red TRD badge that is on my tailgate. I think I might just opt for OEM badges. That;s just the EXPENSIVE option haha

    Found these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Toyota-Taco...Parts_Accessories&hash=item460d325441&vxp=mtr

The black xrunner badge matched the trd badge that I acquired.

    I'll let you know, Thanks!

Are those painted or OEM black badges? I am going with Red since the TRD emblem I have is Red on my tailgate (Baja)

haha I don't think derping them in red will match or look all that good lol. Wonder how much the hydro graphics runs... Probably more than going with OEM.
