I just put in a 2” rear lift in my 2002 prerunner, but the emergency cable seems to always have pressure on it. I’ve tried putting it over the leaf spring as well as under either way it’s the same. Anyone have any experience with this?

That block spacer is your problem (with the cable). The cable should be over the leaf spring. You might be able to bend the cable guides down a little - not sure really since I didn't use spacers...

If you do keep the spacers, you should consider installing a BPV bracket - it will help with maintaining proper rear braking. See the link for more info. You can order one or make your own.

Bend these down, simply by hand.

Alright, and go under the leaf spring I’m guessing?

Whatever causes the least strain on the cable. You'll want to make sure it has free play/wiggle so its not dragggin the shoes.
